What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

OEM custom orders: 500 sets per design. Stock items: 100 sets minimum. Contact us for trial orders.

Do you provide samples? Are they free?

Stock samples: free, buyer covers shipping. Custom sampling: sampling fee applies, refundable against bulk order. Sample lead time: 7–10 days.

What are your payment terms?

T/T: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight also accepted for established clients.

What is your lead time?

Sampling: 7–10 days. Bulk production: 25–35 days after deposit and sample approval.

Can we visit or audit your factory?

Yes. We welcome factory visits and third-party audits. Our factory is in Nantong, Jiangsu — the largest home textile manufacturing hub in China.
