What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU. For select product lines, we offer flexible MOQs starting at 200 units. Contact our sales team for details.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We provide free fabric swatches and can arrange production samples at cost. Samples typically ship within 5-7 business days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept wire transfers (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and offer Net-30 terms for qualified wholesale buyers after credit approval.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Nantong, China (primary) with consolidation centers in Los Angeles, CA for North American distribution.
How long does shipping take?
Standard sea freight: 25-35 days to US ports. Air freight: 7-14 days. Domestic US ground: 3-7 business days. Exact timelines depend on order volume and destination.
Do you handle customs and duties?
We provide all necessary documentation including certificates of origin, packing lists, and commercial invoices. Import duties and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise negotiated in your contract.

What certifications do your products have?
Our products are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, and many are GOTS certified for organic cotton. We also maintain ISO 9001 quality management and are SEDEX audited.
Can I customize products with my brand?
Absolutely! We offer private label programs including custom embroidery, woven labels, custom packaging, and bespoke product development. Minimums for customization vary by product category.
What materials do you use?
We source premium long-staple cotton from Egypt and Turkey, TENCEL Lyocell from Austria, and responsibly-sourced down. Every raw material batch is lab-tested before production.
