Founded in 2005, FY Bedding began as a small textile workshop in China's Yangtze River Delta, the historic heart of the global textile industry. What started with three looms and a vision has grown into a vertically integrated manufacturing operation spanning 200,000 square feet across two state-of-the-art facilities. Today, we supply premium bedding to hotels, resorts, retailers, and brands in over 30 countries.

From fiber testing at the bale level to final QC before packaging, we maintain quality standards that exceed industry norms. Our in-house testing lab evaluates everything from tensile strength and colorfastness to pilling resistance and dimensional stability.
Sustainability Commitment
We believe great products should not come at the expense of the environment. Our facilities feature solar power generation, water recycling systems that recover 80% of process water, and waste heat recovery from production equipment. We are proud to hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification and are working toward GOTS certification for our organic cotton lines.

Our Facilities
Our primary manufacturing campus includes a spinning mill, weaving facility with 120 air-jet looms, dyeing and finishing plant, and cut-and-sew production lines — all under one operational umbrella. This vertical integration gives us complete control over quality, lead times, and costs, benefits we pass directly to our partners.
