Development flow

A practical six-stage program.

Every program is scoped to the product and order. Timing, minimums and testing are confirmed after specification review.

01

Brief & specification

Define product type, dimensions, fabric, fill, construction, packaging, destination market and target cost.

02

Material selection

Review suitable fabrics, fillings, trims and finishes, including PLA-based options where relevant.

03

Sample development

Produce and revise a sample so hand feel, measurements, workmanship and presentation can be approved.

04

Pre-production control

Freeze the approved specification, artwork, labels, packing method and inspection points.

05

Bulk & inspection

Run production with in-process checks and final review. Third-party testing can be arranged by project.

06

Pack & ship

Prepare buyer-defined retail or hospitality packaging, export cartons and supporting shipping documents.

Private-label options

Your specification and brand system, carried through the pack.

We can develop a complete presentation from the sewn-in label to the outer carton. Available options depend on order volume, product construction and packaging format.

  • Woven or printed brand and care labels
  • Custom colors, embroidery and construction details
  • Insert cards, belly bands, bags and retail boxes
  • Assortment, case-pack and carton-mark planning
  • Confidential handling of buyer artwork and specifications

Production & control

Quality is managed against the approved product.

Controls can cover incoming materials, measurements, sewing and quilting workmanship, fill weight, appearance, packaging and final quantity. Test requirements are agreed before production.

Documentation principle: a factory certificate, material certificate and finished-product test report are different evidence. We identify the exact scope instead of using one document as a blanket claim.

Send either. We will identify the missing decisions and return with a development path for your review.
