Designed around the property brief

A hospitality program starts with the room standard, laundering environment, replacement strategy and guest experience you need to support. We translate those inputs into an auditable product specification before sampling and pricing.

What we align before development

  • Property tier, room count and opening or replenishment plan
  • Required dimensions, construction, weight and hand-feel
  • Laundry method and agreed care-label requirements
  • Branding, packaging, carton marks and delivery split
  • Destination-market documentation and buyer protocols
  • Sample approval, quality checkpoints and change control

A clearer sourcing sequence

01 — Brief and specification

Share the room or bath schedule, target use, quantities and destination. We identify open decisions and build the commercial specification.

02 — Material and sample review

Relevant fabric, fill, construction and finishing options are reviewed. Sample cost and timing are confirmed before work begins.

03 — Approval and production planning

Dimensions, labels, packaging and quality checkpoints are frozen against the approved sample before the bulk plan is released.

Performance depends on the selected construction, care process and approved specification. Tell us how the product will be used so we can develop and document the right program.
