Returns & Exchanges Policy
At FY Bedding, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Custom/OEM orders are non-returnable unless defective
Process
- Contact our support team at sales@fybedding.com with your order details
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship items back with the RA number clearly marked
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
